🚨 We’re looking for young people to join our Police Cadets  🚨

Applications have opened for our September intake of police cadets and we’re hoping to recruit another group of inspiring young people.

Police cadets bring young people together to learn new skills and gain a unique insight into policing.

The programme is open to students who are currently in year 11 and finishing school this summer.

There are cadet units in Hereford, Redditch, Telford and Worcester, and cadets take part in a mixture of activities each week.

It’s a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment where confidence grows.

“Give it a go!” - Is the response from our current cadets when asked what they would say to anyone thinking of joining. 💙
