Arrest - Drug Offences

On 18/05/2026 police received a call for a concern for safety at Castlemorton Common just off Drugger’s End for a male slumped in a vehicle. The male has been identified by the vehicle’s registration number. Officers have attended, the vehicles engine was on and officers have woken the male up.

After checking on his welfare he was subsequently arrested for:
•    Possession with Intent to Supply (PWITS) – Class A
•    Possession of Cannabis – Class B
•    Section 5a Road Traffic Act – Driving/in charge of a vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit of drugs

The male was interviewed, released on bail pending further inquiries and drug results from the laboratory.
