Attempt theft from motor vehicle

We are appealing for information after a 2 people were caught trying to gain entry into a Van.

The attempt theft occurred 11pm on 6th August when they attempted to get into a van parked on CLUN FOREST WAY.

After attempting the 2 males, who were wearing black and had balaclavas on went off on an e-scooter towards Westbourne.

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to this.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your property - where possible remove all valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it unattended.

We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
