The Nedge Safer Neighbourhood Team has received a noticeable increase in calls about anti-social driving. Residents and road users have reported issues such as:

Such behaviour not only causes disruption but also risks public safety. Under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002, officers can issue warnings to:

🔹 If caught under Section 59, the vehicle may be seized and destroyed.
🔹 Anti-social driving can also result in penalty points on your driving licence.
