Dear Resident

We have had reports of a female knocking on peoples doors in particular elderly residents  in the Leegomery area. The female has asked for items and attempted to befriend residents. This has been in the afternoon and through till 10pm. Please be vigilant do not open the door to this female or allow her entry to your address. Please inform local officers with any information regarding this or if affected call Police to report at the time by the appropriate means .

Please spread the word to any elderly friends and relatives an ask them to be vigilant before opening the door to anyone.
