Your Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and Worcestershire.

Issue - Anti Social Behaviour You said : This is a priority for the next 3 months based on resident feedback, crime data and ongoing local concerns. Issued 01 July 2026	We will: - Deal robustly with people committing anti-social behaviour, particularly those on off road bikes or e-scooters making use of available legislation to divert offenders and prevent harm. - Ensure officers are visible in areas of concern. - Conduct further neighbourhood matters surveys to identify areas of focus We did- July 2026: -x2 E-scooters seized. - In addition to this in order to help reduce youth related Anti Social Behaviour (ASB), formal ASB sanctions have been implemented for those identified as persistently committing ASB. We did- August 2026: - Targeted patrol around the St Mary's estate. - Use of ASB tactics with regards to youths identified. Actioned 30 September 2026

Issued 01 July 2026	We Will: - Conduct regular visible patrols of the park in order to deter anti-social behaviour and reduce harm - Deal robustly with perpetrators of anti-social behaviour. We did- July 2026: - Three youths have been identified and referrals made to the Youth Justice Service, following ball bearings being catapulted at wildlife near to the Springfield Park area. - Police surgeries have also been completed to engage with community and listen to and address concerns. We did- August 2026: - Local operation to target e-scooters and e-bikes. - Seizure of x4 e-scooters and x1 e-bike. Actioned 30 September 2026

Issued 01 July 2026	We will: - Deal robustly with those committing theft offences, making use of available legislation to divert offenders and prevent harm. - Increase patrols around retail stores. We did- July 2026: - Visit of retail premises to provide reassurance and crime prevention advice - A prolific shoplifter has been arrested and charged with numerous theft offences and a Criminal Behaviour Order issued. We did- August 2026: - Prolific shoplifter sentenced to 6 months. - Targetted patrols at identified vulnerable premises. Actioned 30 September 2026
