- Engage regularly with retailers providing a consistent approach to investigating thefts.

- Conduct high visibility patrols at high harm places engaging with staff to protect them from incidents of violence and harassment.

- Use the most effective tactical interventions to disrupt and break the cycle of offending.

- Regular high visibility patrols in Great Malvern conducted and engagement with retailers.
- Arrested a prolific shop thief who subsequently was handed a significant custodial sentence.
